Our cured goat cheese has a natural curing period of 15 to 30 days, which gives it a firm and brittle texture. Light in color and with a sharp and slightly spicy flavor, this product is obtained from stuffed goat milk. It is a perfect combination with good wine and Alentejo bread.
The presentation is in a pack of 2 units of 80 g each, vacuum-packed.
