The Iberian Pig Sausage is made with selected meat and some fat which, after being chopped into small pieces, is seasoned with sweet pepper, garlic, salt and some spices. The sausage has the shape of a horseshoe and has a curing period of 15 to 20 days. It can be eaten cured, baked or roasted.
